    Complaint You always have a 3-year right of complaint, counted from the date you received the product, should you discover an original fault with the purchased product. If you discover a fault within the first two years after receiving the product, the fault is considered original. If you discover the defect after the first two years, the burden of proof is on you as the customer to demonstrate that the defect was original, and that the product is therefore covered by the right to complain. You must report the product to us within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered, but preferably as quickly as possible. If you complain about the product within 2 months of discovering the fault, it is considered within a reasonable time. If the complaint is approved, Ensec will repair the fault, replace the product with the same or equivalent product or offer a price reduction, depending on what is possible and what has been agreed between the parties.
  • Delivery conditions
    3. Delivery conditions Orders placed on the website can only be delivered to addresses in Sweden. When your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you will be notified and you will also receive tracking information. Orders are sent to an agent near you. We use several different shipping companies, but delivery usually takes place with PostNord or DHL. Your order may be delivered in several shipments if, for example, the stock status varies between the products in your order. Read more about delivery times under section 3.2. 3.2. Delivery times For goods in stock, the delivery time is normally 1-3 working days. The delivery time for ordered goods, products that are temporarily out of stock or products that are sent directly from Ensec suppliers' warehouses is stated on the respective product page. As Ensec's range is stored in more than one warehouse, your order may be split into several different shipments that can be delivered at different times. This is to ensure that the customer receives their ordered products as quickly as possible. During periods of particularly high order intake, the delivery time may be slightly longer than what is stated on the respective product page. 3.3. Delivery information It is the customer's responsibility to check that correct delivery information is entered on the order before it is completed. At the checkout, it is possible to enter an alternative delivery address if this should differ from the billing address. Note that it is not possible to choose a delivery address that differs from your accounting address if you choose to pay with Klarna. If you should discover an error in the delivery details after you have completed your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible, so we can see if it is possible to change the details. 3.4. Unclaimed parcels and goods When your shipment has been delivered to an agent, you will receive a notification of this directly from the shipping company. In this message, it is stated when the package is to be picked up at the latest. If a package is not picked up within the specified deadline and is therefore sent back to us, a fee of SEK 300 including VAT is added for return shipping and handling. 3.5. Delivery delay We deliver all orders as quickly as possible and without unnecessary delays. On each product page you can see the stock status and delivery time, and this also appears on your order confirmation. If a delivery cannot take place within the agreed time, we will inform you of this and send new delivery information, without delay. However, if the delivery delay is significant, you have the right to cancel the contract by contacting us. 3.6. Transport damage or missing products In the event of obvious or suspected transport damage, this must, if possible, be reported to the carrier or agent upon delivery/collection of the goods, and receipt must be refused.
